We Love our Friends!

We had a great Presidents Day Weekend up in

Soda Springs at our friends cabin.

Hal and Eric went snowboarding.

on our men.

Life would be so dull without them.

 I'm Back from Washington.

I had such a fun week!

I am so happy I was able to help Jannica and Lane decorate the nursery.

 Doctor's appointments.

 This girl was seriously spoiled.

I don't think I have ever seen so many gifts.

Thanks for the fun week. Can't wait to meet my lil Grandson.

The Lincoln Savings...

My Year is up. 

One year ago I started the Lincoln savings plan that I 

saw on Pintrest.

The plan.... to put away every 5 dollar bill I received in a years time.

I did pretty well I think, however I got to the point where if I paid with a 

twenty and the total was say $4.99 I would hope I wouldn't get three fives back because that would wipe me out. 

Grand total.... $580.00 minus about two hundred that I actually spent in fives..

Not bad for a simple savings plan.

I had planned on using it for Costa Rica this year, however I think it is probably going towards my two new Grand babies and the trips I have to take on their behalves. 

I think I am going to keep up the habit I have formed. Eventually we will get to Costa Rica.

 Merry Christmas 2012

 Family time is my favorite. We really missed Lane and Jannica this Christmas.

Brittani is starting to really look prego. I had to put the beanie picture for her.

We kind of have a inside joke with Daddy and beanies. 

I sure do love him though.

 This was someones's not so smart smart car choice.

I had nothing to do with this purchase. I guess he didn't like it so he

showed up with this new car. I must admit, the new one is much better!

 Santa started his exorcise right after Christmas. 

He must have had to many cookies. 

Looks like Eric and I need to join him!

Nothing better than family time. I cried when they left today.

they are eating corndogs and I'm not.

Eric and I took a nice little trip this week.

I played all day and Eric worked all day.

We ate some great food.

 It is really hard to get our Timeshare near Monterey California.

It is in Marina Dunes, and it is one of our favorite.

We were lucky to get it for 3 days.

 I had to beg Eric to take me over to Pacific Grove today.

I don't get to Monterey very often. 

I think he was happy we went. It was a rare day and something

we haven't seen before. The Humbolt Squid were coming to the shore.

They are so cool to watch. They shoot water spraying out really far.

They also shoot ink. The seals were eating them also. It was 

so fun to watch. You can see one in the picture below.

I want to skip Halloween and move on to Thanksgiving.

My house is ready for Turkey and family.

I can't wait for my family to come this year.
